Project: Removal of the exterior paint from stone windows and butt.
Scope of Works: Let’s Clean was brought in to consult and assist with revealing the beautiful underlying stone in a cost efficient way.
Method: Multiple layers of different types of paint were removed. GreyGel removed the upper acrylic layers, and Heritage No.1 was used to dissolve and encapsulate lower lead-containing layers. The BlueVac Captive Head Washing System was used to capture these contaminated residues.
Outcome: Coupled with other remediation works performed by the main contractor HBS Group, the newly revealed stone of the windows highlights the building.
