    Let's Clean uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.

    Standard Delivery. Expected to deliver within 1-5 days after your item is shipped. Please note that the above delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and a delay is expected for delivery to roadside addresses and offshore islands.

    We keep you informed

    After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Then once your item has prepared for shipment and is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
    You can than track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track and also you are able to visit online the Order Status to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

    Delivery Conditions

    While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

    Processing your order

    All express orders placed by 10am will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to place them into our "back order" system or alternatively we can arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we will ship the item once new stock arrives.

    Receiving your order

    When you receive your order, please make sure all the right contents and quantities are in your delivered parcel(s).

    If my delivery goes missing or is damaged? In case of any problems with your delivery, Let's Clean will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call us on the numbers above.

    Please contact our office by phone or by email with your intensions to return the product. We will issue you with a concent to return and expect the product to be at our warehouse within a reasonable time.

    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Your item(s) needs to have the receipts or proof of purchase.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    After approval by our office you may return your product, you should mail or courier the returnable product to: Unit 27, 8 Tilley Ln, Frenchs Forest, Sydney, NSW, 2086, Australia.

    Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers; policies.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
