Product description

The new mobile jet system is based on a worldwide patented negative pressure jet principle. It is designed as a mobile compact device, not bigger than a customary industrial vacuum cleaner.

The unit contains three generators for negative pressure with an appropriate filter cartridge and dust separation, as well as the appropriate containers for the granulates. Also included are a jet cap, jet lance and hoses

After switching on the negative pressure generators, a negative pressure of approx. 220 mbar is produced in the jet hood. Once the hood is set on the working surface negative pressure adheres it to the surface. By inserting the jet lance into the jet cap the cycle becomes a closed circuit. The blast medium will then suck into the jet hood through the lance at a speed of more than 420 km/h. At this rate the jet material blasts onto the surface to roughen up or clean off layers depending on the requirement. This process is easily monitored through three vision panels on the jet cap.

Immediately after the impact on the working surface, the blast medium is sucked off together with the removed particles into the machine. Within the machine the dirt particles are separated from the granulates by a filtering system. Afterwards the granulates are further processed in the second container. This cycle can be performed 60 to 80 times with the same granulates. Due to the closed circulation and compactness, the device has a very low noise level (75 decibel) which is equivalent to a customary vacuum cleaner.
