Lead Paint Abatement – When lead-based paint is to be stripped, strict State and Environmental Protection Authority guidelines and regulations are to be followed (AS4361)
We provide a complete service, including the removal from site and correct disposal of the waste generated by the abatement procedure. This allows the client to concentrate on other areas of the project at hand with Chain of Custody documentation provided of the disposal of the waste.

JOS RotoSoft - This is a low-pressure, micro-abrasive cleaning technology designed for the restoration of sensitive facades and monuments, especially when chemicals are not recommended.

Paint Stripping – We can strip paint from just about anything, be it sandstone, brick, render, timber, metal or a boat hull using Heritage No.1, SoyGel, SoyStrip, JOS System or Infrared, low-operating temperature (100 to 200ºC) Speedheater 1100.

High-Pressure Water Cleaning – From 100 to 4000psi hot, cold or steam with or without the addition of cleaning agents. This is a fast, efficient and cost effective way of cleaning.

Captive Water Washing – When open-nozzle pressure cleaning is not suitable, such as indoors or if environmental regulations do not permit the discharge of liquid residue into stormwater drains, this can now be done with the BlueVac System, enabling washing and containment in a single operation.
