Rustmasters® is a rust penetrating, moisture repelling, non-pigmented product, which permeates through rust and adheres to the metal surface. Rustmasters® has been developed to markedly extend paint systems duration on both rusty and non-rusty steel surfaces, thereby greatly reducing labour costs and extending the life of the equipment treated.
Typical Uses - New Metal, Old Rusted Metal, Oilrigs, pipelines, roofs and buildings, aircraft and rolling stock, railway systems, military airframes, ships and boats, sea and rail containers, cars and trailers, off-season storage of agricultural equipment and tools, storage of military equipment and firearms, and fishing equipment.

ALUCOAT is a rust penetrating, moisture repelling surface protection coating consisting of RUSTMASTER to which is added brilliant aluminium flakes, 28% by weight which produces a coating of exceptional protection and wearing qualities.
Uses and Properties - Used as a topcoat over RUSTMASTER. Two coats are recommended for rural and light industrial areas. Recommended dry film thickness is 40 microns. Excellent resistance to weathering and ingress of moisture. Used to refurbish old galvanised iron roofs, fuel tanks – trailers - boat and conventional. For the refurbishment to salt eroded condenser coils to air conditioner coils etc.

CONCRESEAL is a concrete and masonry sealant, moisture repelling compound. For the sealing of damp situations and for sealing new inground structures prior to backfilling.
Typical Uses - Sealing new concrete, sealing of damp concrete and masonry, sealing seaping cracks in concrete, sealing asbestos sheeting.

U TAR (bitumen paint or primer) is an Industrial Bitumen base paint designed and formulated to adhere to damp surfaces.
Typical Uses - Inground and above ground protection of new and rusted steelwork. Rusted steelwork should first be treated as described in Rustmaster spec sheet then over coated with U Tar. Pipelines – storage tanks – transmission towers. Sealing of blockwork / brickwork to stop ingress of moisture on top of Concreseal in below ground situations. Under floor treatment in automotive use wet in wet on top of Rustmaster gives excellent protection against salts and mechanical damage.

Rustmasters Metalmaster is a blend of Rustmasters Alucoat and Zinc Phosphates. The ability to penetrate slight rust and adhere to sound metal surface below and seal clean lightly abraded steel providing a tough corrosion resistant ultraviolet - stable coating.
Typical Uses - As a sealer on Clean Steel, Lightly rusted steel, Weathered galvanised steel, Aluminium.
