RotoSoft Vortex-Cleaning Procedure achieves a new milestones in the cleaning technique, performance and quality.

- Environmentally friendly
- Causes no damage to the object being cleaned
- Achieves excellent results on the surface treated
- Dry, mist and wet process possible
- Stepless pressure adjustment
This is a low-pressure, micro-abrasive cleaning technology designed for the sensitive restoration of facades and monuments.
The nozzle projects a low-pressure swirl of air, water and inert, micro-fine mineral powder to clean surfaces gently and effectively without damage to the substrate.
Using interchangeable nozzle tips and turbines, this versatile system easily applies itself to the specific cleaning task, whether it be intricate architectural detail involved or brickwork.
Although most often used as a wet process, this vortex nozzle can easily be used by regulating the air pressure, micro-abrasive flow rate, water volume and nozzle distance from the object/substrate to be cleaned. The technique can be adjusted to meet the unique demands of each and every cleaning task.
Whether the surface to be cleaned is brick, concrete, metal or wood, the cleaning process can be used to remove gypsum crust, micro-organism, smoke damage and graffiti.
From the architectural detail to the largest façade, this system has got what it takes to clean and restore, in a manner that causes no damage to the surface, just about any substrate and it is safe for the applicator and the surrounding environment.

One Jet Technique…
3 different blasting procedures

Vortex Nozzle
The vortex nozzle delivered a rotating air flow and the jet particles merge gently and rotating onto the surface, without the any damage. It is particularly suitably where it is important to carefully clean the surface.

Venduri round jet nozzle
With the Venturi - jet nozzle the cleaning particles get accelerates with the airflow in a linear direction and they then meet directly on the surface. Therefore it is well suited for cleaning of paint coatings and to roughen hard surfaces.

Flat Jet Nozzle
The flat jet nozzle produces a very flat however broad jet stream which steers the jet particles with a broad level and therefore we achieve an extremely high surface efficiency. |
